Fresh Shrimp Pasta Salad

- 1 box of tri color rotini pasta, uncooked
- 1 1/2 pounds of fresh steamed shrimp
- 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- just under 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 teaspoons of OLD BAY Seasoning
- Green olives to your taste (one big hand full for me)
- (1) 6.5 oz bag of cubed colby/monterey cheese
Directions:

1.Remove the heads from the shrimp.

2. Place deheaded shrimp in a pot and biol until they reach a nice pink color. Do not overcook.

2.Remove from pot and begin shelling and devaning. Place them in a bowl and set in the fridge till needed.

3.Start cooking the pasta in boiling salted water as directed on package. Rinse under cold water. Drain. In a large bowl, toss pasta in with shrimp, celery, green and red bell peppers, olives,cheese,and red onion. Mix mayo, salad dressing and OLD BAY in small bowl. Pour over pasta mixture and mix well.

5.Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste and Cover. Refrigerate 2 hours. Oh and don't forget to slice open your finger opening the damn cling wrap. Enjoy
